Vegan Popper Dip

Cook time: 30 minutes
 
Ingredients:
 
2 8 oz tofuti cream cheese or other dairy alternative cream cheese
1 cup veganasie (I use the low fat)
4-5 jalepeno peppers chopped – I leave the seeds because we like the heat!
1 cup Daiya cheddar shreds
½ cup Daiya mozzarella shreds
 
Directions:
 
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in an oven safe dish/bowl and mix well.  Place in oven for 30 minutes or until dip is bubbly and heated through thoroughly.
 
This is obviously a vegan recipe and not whole foods plant based but everyone needs a little cheat now and then and this is ours. My kids love this with fritos (not healthy) but you can serve this with any whole wheat cracker or bread.
