Dry Fried Buffalo Tofu

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 block extra firm tofu

 1/4 cup Hot Sauce ( I use red hot)

2 tbsp. earth balance

 

Directions:

Cut tofu in 1 inch cubes.  Have a non stick pan on medium high heat.  Place tofu in pan once hot and use a spatula to press water out of tofu.  Continue to do this until tofu is lightly browned on side down and flip and repeat.

When done use your favorite sauce.  I love to use this with a basalmic soy glaze for Tofu tacos or I use with Buffalo tofu and Coat with Hot sauce and a little melted earth balance.
