Overwhelmed? Start with Meatless Mondays

Vegan Blue Cheese Dip

Prep time: 5 minutes
 
Ingredients:
 
½ block extra firm tofu drained not pressed and crumbled
1 cup low fat vegenaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. tahini sauce
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
 
Directions:
 
In a small bowl crumble the tofu and set aside.  In another small bowl whisk together other ingredients until smooth and creamy.  Pour over crumbled tofu and gently stir.  This can be served with our Cauliflower buffalo bites or Tofu buffalo wings.
