Apple and Walnut Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Apple, Walnut, & Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
½ cup cooked quinoa
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. craisins
1 tsp. flax seeds
1 tsp. chia seeds 
½ cup chopped apples
¼ cup dairy alternative milk


Cook quinoa according to package.  Place quinoa in a cereal bowl and top with walnuts, raisins, seeds, apples and milk eat and enjoy.  

The quinoa can be cooked ahead of time and then reheated when ready to serve.  This is a protein packed recipe to start your day!
