Meal Plans

Sign up for a fourteen-day plant-based meal plan and grocery list.  Meal plans include weekly plant-based menus for three meals a day, recipes and weekly grocery list.

Recipes are all tested and tried by myself and my family.  I provide weekly tips and tricks to make the transition easy. Nutritional information included for all meal plan recipes.

When viewing the meal plans and shopping lists you will find numbers that correspond in parenthesis on both the meal plan and the shopping list, for example (1),  to know what ingredients are listed for which meal.  This will make it easy to eliminate meals on the list that you will not be making.
